Here’s How We Calculate Our Pricing
We share in the savings we find at a rate of 50%. If we find you $100,000 in savings a year, you’ll keep $50,000 and we will be compensated $50,000. This also means if we find no savings, you don’t owe us anything.
We charge this flat rate because it keeps us accountable, and it provides you with the best services possible.
Ultimately, using performance-based pricing is in your best interest. It encourages a higher discovery of savings because it motivates us to find every opportunity available for you.

What if there are no savings?
You are only charged when our cost-cutting solutions affect your invoices.
During our 60-90 day audit process, you aren’t charged a dime. You aren’t charged for our site surveys, our analysis of your waste invoices, or our evaluation of your waste hauler contracts. You aren’t charged for the phone calls we make to your sites, the negotiating we do with your haulers, or the data entry we do.
If there are no savings to be had in your portfolio, you don’t owe us anything. In our 18 years, only about 10% of companies don’t benefit from our services. Those companies, in effect, get a free waste audit. Our services are guaranteed to be cash-flow positive. So we don’t believe you should pay for a service that doesn’t benefit you.
When this is the case, you simply get the assurance that your waste streams are operating at maximum efficiency. Our services are performed at no cost to you.
If there are savings, when would I be billed?
For 90% of the hundreds of companies we’ve worked with in the 18 years we’ve been in business, we find significant problems and create solutions.
You’ll be billed only after we’ve implemented our waste and recycling solutions. When the changes we’ve made in your waste streams are reflected on your invoices, we then would bill you at a rate of 50%.
Most clients receive their first invoice a shortly after our solutions have taken effect.
As you can see below, every invoice we send shows the total amount of savings at every one of your locations and the amount we are owed as a result.
We’ve worked hard to make this invoice as transparent as possible. No location is left off - even if there are no savings to be found at that particular location.

How Much Can I Save on my Waste Spend?
